In SQL Editor, 'select xmlElement("elem",sysdate).getclobval() from dual;' produces an ORA-0600 error: ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kolaslRead-2], [], [], [], [], [], [], [].
Cause

This is an issue due to an Oracle bug.
Resolution

To resolve this error, it is best to patch the database to Oracle 9.2.0.7
