Error, "The system cannot open the device or file specified" when installing Toad MSI file -
Description
When installer file is launched, three errors are displayed and the installation fails.
Error 1. The system cannot open the device or file specified. <Retry> <Cancel>
Error 2. Internal Error 2755.110, C:\...\ToadforOraclesetup12.1Full.msi <OK>
Error 3. Installation ended prematurely because of an error <OK> -
Cause
The folder where file being extracted to may be encrypted, causing the installer file to be encrypted.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
1. Right-click the MSI file | Properties | in the General tab, click the Advanced button.
2. Under Compress or Encrypt attributes:
Uncheck 'Encrypt contents to secure data' | OK | Apply.
3. Double click the MSI file to retry the install.
