Errror "index out of bounds" when switching Editor tabs of saved workspace
Description

A workspace which includes multiple Editor tabs has been saved. When loading the workspace again after relaunching Toad, and then click on another Editor tab that does not currently have the focus, then the following error occurs:
"index out of bounds"

none
STATUS:
Issue fixed in version 12.0. The latest version of Toad For Oracle can be downloaded here.
