Toad is installed on a Citrix / Terminal Server. When some users try to save results from the Save As (Export Dataset) window an Access Violation occurs. This is an excerpt from the error log file toad.elf

Issue related to policy domain group not having the necessary permissions to access the Task Scheduler (Save As/Export Dataset has a Schedule button)
Or issue related to ToadActions.dat file getting full.
WORKAROUND 1:
Ensure users have the necessary permissions to access Task Scheduler on server
WORKAROUND 2:
1) Close Toad for Oracle.
2) For Windows XP - Go to 'C:\Documents and Settings\<OS_USER>>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\<Toad Version>\User Files' directory.
or
For Windows Vista and 7 - Go to 'C:\Users\<OS USER>\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\<Toad Version>\User Files' directory.
(a) Rename the ToadActions.dat file to ToadActions.dat.backup.
(b) Rename the ToadActions.log to ToadActions.log.backup
3) Launch Toad and test issue.
