Access Violation when refreshing Describe Window data tab of empty table
Description

I am reviewing the data for a table in the Describe Window. If I click the refresh after all the rows have been deleted (by another process) the following error results
"Access violation at address 0040526E in module 'Toad.exe'. Read of address 7FEC002F."
I can continue to work after I click OK on the error.
