STATUS:
There are currently no plans for a Toad for PostgreSQL.
Toad for Oracle is not designed to connect to PostgreSQL.
Toad for Data Analysts can connect to many databases including PostgreSQL 8.1-8.4. It can do many things like browse the database, run queries, import/export data and reporting, but is not a developer or administration tool.
