Error "ORA-00936: Missing Expression" when clicking on 'System' tab of Session Browser | Locks.
- Open Session Browser
- Don't select a session
- Click on lower right hand side LOCKS tab
- click locks tab between User and System

Cause
This tab requires a session (or sessions, or a node with sessions under it) to be selected on the left/top. The error is occurring because the underlying query expects a value for SID, and since no session has been selected, the missing expression error is displayed. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
If interested in locks database wide, not restricted to a list of sessions, then click the locks tab up at the top of the Session Browser (next to the Sessions tab). Otherwise, select a particular session.
STATUS
Issue fixed in version 12.11 (User will be presented with an informational message, that a session needs to be selected)
