How to turn on or off the DBMS Output in the Editor?
Resolution

You can turn on the DBMS Output by going to the Editor Window | DBMS Output Tab | click on the red round button (Turn Output On) to turn it on; the button will turn green. To turn it back off, click the same button again so that it will turn back to red.
NOTE: If you have DBMS_OUTPUT.put_line in your code i.e. procedure, please “execute” it (not just compile) and only when the execution is finished is when your DBMS_OUTPUT.put_line items will show in the Output screen at the lower part of the Editor window.
