Cannot connect or login to one of my Oracle 11g databases, but other 11g database works fine. I get the error:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
Resolution

Change the database initialization parameter SEC_CASE_SENSITIVE_LOGON to FALSE. Oracle began implementing the parameter of SEC_CASE_SENSITIVE_LOGON in Oracle 11g release.
