Team Coding Dashboard is disabled when connecting to schema via Project Manager -
Description
Team Coding is set up to integrate with a third party version control provider and with Code Collections enabled. When logging in to the Schema via the Database Login window, everything works as expected. However, if a connection is made via a 'Schema' entry in the Project Manager, then everything in the Team Coding menu is disabled and grayed out except for 'Configure Team Coding'. If this is clicked, then the following message is displayed:
"Team Coding install is invalid. Team Coding is disabled." | OK
The Configure Team Coding window comes up and clearly shows the various options checked, but they are grayed out and cannot be enabled.
