Incorrect entry made to spfile when adding two files to utl_file_dir in Oracle parameters -
Description
When adding multiple filenames to the utl_file_dir in Database | Administer | Oracle Parameters the format required by Oracle is incorrect i.e.
1. Database | Administer | Oracle Parameters
2. <Double-click> utl_file_dir
3. add <filename1>,<filename2>
This updates the spfilexxxx.ora with utl_file_dir='<filename1>,<filename2>'
when it should be utl_file_dir='<filename1>','<filename2>'
Toad is not placing quotes round each file name.
