Error: Control 'dpSEExplainPlanFrame' has no parent window when launching an Explain Plan or when changing a setting for explain plans in their options menu.
Corrupted Desktops.xml file, upgrade, or install.
RESOLUTION 1:
Corrupted Desktops.xml file.
1. Shut down Toad for Oracle.
2. Browse into the user files directory: C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\User files.
3. Locate the file Desktops.xml.
4. Back up the file by renaming it Desktops.old.
5. Launch Toad for Oracle and retest the issue.
RESOLUTION 2:
Corrupted install.
1. Reinstall Toad for Oracle into a separate new directory.
2. Retest issue with new version.
