User gets the following errors when trying to Install Toad using the Quest Installer:
While attempting to access the installation files an error occurred.
Possible causes of this error include:
-Network /internet connectivity issues
-Insufficient disk space
However, the user is not having any problems with network/internet connectivity and has plenty of disk space.
An issue with the Quest Installer.
RESOLUTION 1
Empty the 'Temp' folder and retry installation i.e.
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temp
RESOLUTION 2
Install Toad using the Silent Install Method. Note: user will not be able to install Quest SQL Optimizer.
RESOLUTION 3
Install an older version of Toad into a separate directory while troubleshooting the new Quest Installer.
