Description
Formatter inserts "Advice" comment lines in code. These comments are associated with a Code Review number that is enabled/disabled in Formatter options. Some particular Code Review numbers, are not included in the Formatter Option, such as # 307 and 315, and Formatter still includes these comment lines in code.
