Description
If you have the source of a trigger (with bind variables) on an editor and you try to execute some of the embedded code there,
it looks like that Toad fails to rewrite the statement.Toad changes :NEW.column_name to _0 /*:new.column_name*/" (it happens the same with the :OLD values)
