User attempted to login to database and the following error occured. The title of this error window states OCI.DLL:
"The specified module could not be found"
The System Path variable does not have the path of the OCI.DLL file as the first path listed.
Modify System Path variable and place the path of the OCI.DLL file as the first path listed, by the following:
1. Open My Computer and perform a search on OCI.DLL file
2. Go to this folder and copy it's path
3. Right click on the My Computer icon and select Properties
4. Select the Advanced Tab and select Environment Variables button
5. Under System Variables, scroll down and select PATH and select Edit button
6. Go to the very beginning of the Variable Value line and paste the OCI.DLL path and Hit OK
