User uses a restricted user to open Session Browser and the following error occurs: Access to the following views required: V$SESSION, V$PROCESS, .... After he receives the above message, at times Session window opens or does not open at all. If window opens, the Waits tab will automatically close Session Browser window. Can Session Browser error message pop-ups be handled more gracefully, have a more consistent behavior and not close unexpectedly?
