Silent MSI install getting error "client files folder not found." -
Description
User attempts to do a silent install of the Toad 9.5 MSI file. User gets error message "client file folders not found."

Cause
User is doing the wrong type of install or incomplete command line.

Resolution
The error shows that Toad installer can't find the client install path. This happens when specifying a client install but not specifying a path, INSTALLDIR. A normal install doesn't require the INSTALLDIR.
If you want to do a full normal install, you need to have the line ADDLOCAL=Client,Server so that it installs the client and the server.
If this line is missing, then it'll automatically do a client install. A client install requires the INSTALLDIR field.
