Toad hangs when I click on a User in the Schema Browser's User tab. -
Description
Toad will hang if I go into the Schema Browser's User's Tab (or drop down view) and then select a user. This happens when I click on any user listed.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
The user settings have become corrupt. Try resetting it back to default.
1. Shut down Toad for Oracle.
2. Browser to the install directory, default C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle.
3. Go into the User Files folder.
4. Locate Toad.ini. Rename it to Toad.old.
5. If you wish to save your connections and passwords, rename Connections.ini, Connectionpwds.ini to connections.old and connectionpwds.old as well.
6. Launch Toad. At the connection window, check the box to save passwords again. Connect to a database and retest the issue.
7. If it works, shut down Toad. rename connections.old and connectionpwds.old back to connections.ini and connectionpwds.ini.
