Cannot make subsequent connections after logging in once and exiting Toad. Need privileges with C
Description
After installing Toad and making an initial connection, things are fine. I log out and try going back into Toad later but I cannot connect to any database. Previous connection info is shown in the connection window. Using this or entering new connection information both does not work. I am left at the connection screen and nothing happens in Toad, no connection is made.
I have a Citrix install of Toad and this happen for multiple users.
