Toad for Oracle 12.9 installation error. The error appears after clicking Next on the license agreement screen. Issue happens on both the Full and Web downloads.

Resolution
Download the 'MSI (Special Installation Only)' installation file here band use that instead. Download it directly to your Windows 'Desktop' location (or local C:\ drive), not a network drive.
Note: Ensure your user has full Administrator Rights before installing Toad. If you do not have full Admin Rights, please have your IT / Helpdesk / Network Admin people do the installation for you.
