Description
Toad Script execution no longer prompts for Bind Variable substitution. The Variables window does not get invoked or does not show.
Scripts will still run, but Oracle will throw the error "SP2-0552: Bind variable "enddate" not declared", which is normal as no variable was inputted.

Resolution
Use F9 (Execute Statement) so that the Variables Window will appear. Using F5 (Execute as Script) tries to emulate SQL Plus and GUI window usage are minimized. However, the Variables window will come up when Substitution Variable (&) is used while using F5, but does not come up if Bind Variable is used.
