Import data using SQL Loader Wizard and able to connect, but when trying to execute, nothing happens. Other user gets missing oranfsodm12.dll. (4295576)

Import data using SQL Loader Wizard. Toad is able to connect, but when trying to execute, nothing happens. 

For another user, he/she is getting the error: 

"The program can't start because oranfsodm12.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." 

Ensure you have the aforementioned missing DLL file. You may need to reinstall your Oracle Client software or try to get the missing file from another computer.

In the Oracle12 bin folder, copy the oraodm12.dll and paste it back in the same bin directory, then rename it oranfsodm12.dll (basically creating the file that’s missing).
