User runs health check and feels some of the advice Toad gives is incorrect for their database or is out of date.

Resolution
The health check provides recommendations for most Toad users, but not all users. It is up to the user to decide which values they want to use and turn off the ones that don't apply to them
STATUS:Toad for Oracle 11 will have an updated DB Health Check with explainations for each field and checks for 10g and 11g.
