Description
SGA Trace/Optimization | Export Dataset to Excel File | check mark “Include SQL Statement” | the generated Excel file is empty or blank.
If exported to “Delimited Text” and also check mark “Include SQL Statement”, the error received is “List index out of bounds (-1)”. The Text file is still generated, but it is also empty.

Cause
The “Include SQL Statement” should not be checked. This option should have been disabled for this particular export. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Un-check the “Include SQL Statement” box.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle.

Additional Information
The Toad Developers explained that the “Include SQL Statement” option should not have been enabled to begin with. This issue will be fixed in a future release. The main defect here is that the checkbox is enabled when it should not be. The issue is from when Toad executes a query to load that grid, but the cursor is closed immediately after the grid is loaded, so the "Export Dataset" dialog does not have access to it. If the user wants to see the query, he/she can turn on Spool SQL.
