How to enable, activate, or install the DB Admin Module and SQL Optimizer add-on features on the same machine or computer?

Resolution
It is not necessary to install Toad for Oracle twice in a computer in order to enable certain add-ons or editions of Toad. There is only one type of Toad for Oracle installation file. It is the license key that enables or disables add-ons or editions depending on what was purchased with the license key.
To verify, add, or change your Toad license key, go to Toad's Help menu | Licensing. Ensure that the key with the "DB Admin Module" add-on or option is the one that is 'Active'.
If there are multiple license keys, where each has different add-ons in it and you want to combine the features in one key, this transaction will need to be done by Quest Software Sales Department.
