Add capability to set a default size for the Editor output window for all active connections or all connected sessions. (4289705)

Add the capability to specify a different default size (one default size applies to all active connections) than the default size that Toad automatically imposes. Be able to specify one default size (that user chooses) for the output window for all active connections (same size for all connections or all connected sessions).

If the output is docked, this would be the vertical size. User also wants the capability to put all the output windows for each active connection to it’s default size in just few clicks rather than having to adjust each output window for each active connection.
