How do you show / hide columns in Toad for Oracle 10.0.0? How do you select / unselect Columns in the query results data grid? In the 9.7.2 version, I just right-clicked the data grid and choose "Select Columns".
Click on the on the small icon, "Click here to show/hide columns", located in upper left most corner of the results Data Grid Window (not the main Toad Window). This will allow you to select / unselect columns.
Defect ID 'ST68077' has been created in Toad 10.0 as there is not a way to select or unselect all columns with one click. This issue has been addressed in Toad 10.5.0. The current version of Toad is available: https://support.quest.com/Search/SearchDownloads.aspx?ActiveTab=1
Another option to selectively display columns is to right-click the columns header area and choose "Toggle Group Panel" from the right-click menu. This will allow you to Drag & Drop one or more columns in the Group Panel area (above the column headers). Any columns header not the Group Panel area, the data for that column will not be displayed in the data grid.
