License and Site Message characters missing in the Add License pop-up -
Description
During Toad installation, on a windows 7 machine, the Add License pop-up does not display the "License" and "Site Message" wordings. -
Cause
Due to high contrast by some Windows Theme options these characters are hidden.

Resolution
Please check the which "Windows Theme" has been selected in the host.
While using "Windows Classic" theme these wordings are hidden.
How to check which theme is being used?
1. On the desktop, right click and select "Personalize"
2. On the "Personalization" pop-up check which "Windows Theme" is selected.
