In previous versions of Toad, stats for procedures, functions etc. would be displayed in the navigation window on the left. It would tell you when the object was created, what the last update was and so forth. In Toad 10.6 this pane no longer appears.
The object details pane has been removed, however if you hover over the object name in the Navigation window, the same information will appear.
