Error message "mAutoReplace: Dataset not in edit or insert mode" or "List index out of bounds (1)" when loading Auto Replace options.
Description

After importing AUTO REPLACE configuration from a previous version or backup, the following error messages appear:
"mAutoReplace: Dataset not in edit or insert mode."
Or
"List index out of bounds (1)"
In addition to that, AUTO REPLACE window remains in blank.
Cause

There was a syntax problem on the configuration file Toad.ini. When opening Toad.ini, under [EDITOR_SETTINGS], the following variable can be seen:
AutoReplace=,comit=commit,decl=declare,elseif=elsif***
At the beginning of this variable, there is an extra comma which makes impossible to read the configuration.
Resolution
1. Make sure that Toad for Oracle is closed.
2. Go to Toad.ini location C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Dell\Toad for Oracle\12.7\User Files.
3. Copy Toad.ini file to a safe place.
4. Open Toad.ini file with a Notepad.
5. Search for the section [EDITOR_SETTINGS]
6. Find the variable "AutoReplace" and remove the extra comma:
From:
AutoReplace=,comit=commit,decl=declare,elseif=elsif***
To:
AutoReplace=comit=commit,decl=declare,elseif=elsif***
1. Save the file.
2. Start Toad for Oracle again.
