The DBMS output window in Procedure Editor is not updated -
Description
The DBMS output window in the Debug part of the Procedure editor window is not updated if I step through my code (with DBMS_OUTPUT statements), but the window is only updated at the very end of the Debugging session. The same is true for the DBMS Output window. Does the Debugging session prevent update to DBMS output widnow?
