Error using Debugger: "Probe Unknown Error" -
Description
Debugger for PL/SQL does not run. When the debugger is started Toad hangs and will be killed using the Task Manager.
The following error occurs: " Probe Unknown Error" is returned. -
Cause
Toad runs on Internet Explorer 8 on Service Pack 3.

Resolution
1. Select Start | Control Panel | System | Advanced Tab | Under Performance
2. Select Settings | Data Execution Prevention
3. Select the second button | Add Toad for Oracle
