Data Grid - Date format settings (4277733)

Unable to change date format on Windows 8.1 Operating System withTimezone set to Hungarian.

View | Toad options | Data grids| Data tab| Display | Date format,

Clicking on the three dots button next to "Date format"  error message received, "Successful match required."

1. With Toad closed, navigate to the Application Data Directory  "C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Dell\Toad for Oracle\12.6\User Files" and locate Toad.ini file.
2. In Toad.ini, locate "DateFormat=yyyy/MM/dd/" row and change it to the required format example "DateFormat=yyyy.MM.dd".
3. In Toad.ini, locate "FORMAT_OPTIONS_FILE_TIMESTAMP=yyyy/MM/dd/ hh:mm:ss" row  and change it to the required format example "FORMAT_OPTIONS_FILE_TIMESTAMP=yyyy.MM.dd hh:mm:ss".
4. Restart Toad and the Date format will be changed to the required format.
