Error: ''IN' is not a valid integer value'" in Procedure Editor when upgrading Database to 10.2.0 (4276032)

Error received when viewing, editing or compiling functions, procedures or packages which include bind-variables (e.c. tablename IN varchar2) after upgrading Database to Oracle 10.2.0.2.0:

" 'IN' is not a valid integer' ".

An extra column was added to the data dictionary (subprogramid) by Oracle in 10.2.0.2.0.

STATUS:

This issue was fixed in Toad for Oracle 8.6.1. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded at http://support.quest.com/support_download/Downloads.asp.
