One needs to send a Toad for Oracle Support Bundle to their SR.
They generate Support Bundle. Click on blue link, Email Quest Support:
They get the window: Email Quest Support
They input the SR ID information:
Click Create Mail and email is populated in title: SR Number:123456
This lack of SR formatting will not update the SR automatically.
(One would think the title should be |SR Number:123456|)
User also gets a auto-email sent as well:
We were unable to find a reference to an open service request number in your email. To update an open service request, please include a reference to your service request number in the subject of your email in the following format: |SR Number:123456| If you would like to open a new service request, you can do so on the Support Portal at https://support.quest.com/manage-service-request
Missing beginning and ending pipe bars in title formatting.
