Oracle client is significantly older then the Oracle database version warning missing in Versi (4275034)

I was on Toad 9.7. I upgraded to 10.6.
User no longer gets the message when connecting to my db:
Oracle Version warning Window
Oracle client is significantly older then the Oracle database version warning.
However, I still sees Oracle client-database mismatch in the Toad advisor.
Was this window left off, or is a feature to enable it or has there been a change in the workflow?

The message, "Oracle client is significantly older then the Oracle database version" warning workflow was changed from version 9.7 to 10.x.
Per development’s reasoning:  As it's a warning, it was moved to the Toad Advisor screen, because some people do not like to see those warning messages. 
Users should use Toad Advisor for such warnings in the future.
