Launching AppDesigner via command line without "Save Password" checked (4273365)

Enhancement request for TOAD for Oracle not to request to re-supply the password when it is already in the command line.
Basically, launching AppDesigner via command line

Here is an example:

toad.exe -c user/password@DB_instance -a MyAppName

In addition, the command line should supply the password to establish database connection without using Save Password check box on
the TOAD for Oracle login screen.

The command line fails with the following error message:

04/02/2009 16:40:10: Details Tab (Export Dataset) started.
Password must be saved on login screen for command line actions.
Database connection failure
04/02/2009 16:40:10: ERROR: Operation aborted
