Is it possible to edit Rule Sets?

Resolution
There are a total of 12 default Rule Sets that cannot be edited. You can clone a Rule Set and then make the necessary changes that you want or you can create a Rule Set from scratch applying only the rules that you want present in the Rule Set.
To open "Edit Code Analysis Rule Sets" dialog, go to View nenu | Toad Options. Under Code Analysis -> General tab. Click "Edit Rule Sets".
