What does the entry "NOT in PATH" mean in the Toad Oracle Home Editor? -
Description
Trying to trouble shoot an Oracle connection error, I decried to click on the ellipse box next to Oracle client field. When the Oracle Home Editor pops up, I notice it had the following entry
C:\Oracle\Product\<version>\client_1\bin exists.
C:\Oracle\Product\<version>\client_1\bin is NOT in PATH.What does the "NOT in PATH" mean?
