On a Citrix environment, some terminal users have noticed that after logging into their database, the connection window still stays open.
1. Close out of Toad
2. Do a search for Toad.ini for that user with option to search in hidden files also
(Note: Each user should have their own individual Toad.ini. It should be in each user's Document and Settings. 3. Rename the Toad.ini to Toad.ini_old.)
3. Re-launch Toad
