In Toad 10.5.1.3, I'm trying to do a 'Copy Data to Another Schema' by right clicking on a set of source tables in the Schema Browser. In this set of source tables if one of the tables in the middle is empty, Toad will throw the following error …
   "Source table does not contain any rows"

…and not proceed with copying data from the remainder of the tables that do have data.

For example, given the following source tables....
   DEPARTMENT - Has data
   EMP - No data
   EMPLOYEE - Has data

If I run a "Copy Data to Another Schema" on these source tables, Toad will only copy up the EMP, throw the error, and forget EMPLOYEES.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Break up your data copy for your table set before an after any empty tables.
