Loosing external editor changes (4269825)

Ctrl-F12 still opens my External editor fine, but when I save and exit, the changes are not brought back into the Toad Editor window.  I have found that if I do a "save-as" from the Toad Editor and then Ctrl-F12 for the external editor, any changes made to get brought back when I save and exit the external editor.  In the previous version I did not have to do a "save-as" for the changes to be brought back from the external editor. 

To return to Toad from the External Editor

1. Save the file from the external editor and then close it.

2. Open Toad and load the file.

   Note: Toad prompts you to reload the contents of the file only if the Prompt for reload on activation if timestamp has changed option is selected on the Editor | Open/Save page.
   On the Editor toolbar, there is a "reload file from disk" icon.
   After one saves the change in external tool, one can come back in Toad for Oracle  and click on that icon.
