Schema Browser - taking other objects (packages) and putting them in the existing Editor window ( (4269570)

When Loading a package spec and body into the editor separately, they both load into tabs in a single editor.

Load a second package spec, it launches a separate editor and loads the spec in a new tab (Which is correct), but when you the load the body of the second package into the editor, it creates a third tab in the editor of the first package (which is incorrect), it should launch a new tab in the second editor of the second package.
