Schema Browser does not show database links or database jobs. -
Description
My user account has all dba privileges. I tested the dba_jobs and dba_db_links views using the SQL Editor in TOAD and both returned results successfully. However, the Schema Browser does not show database links or database jobs.

Resolution
Click on View | Options | Startup | "Check for Access to DBA views".
Go to the Schema Browser, click on the DB Links tab | Jobs tab, both tabs have a Filter icon then select "all schemas" for both tabs.
