ERROR: "Cannot create file...\CONNECTIONACTIONS.INI." when trying a parallel compare
Description

When trying to run a parallel compare, for example (in parallel, up to 25 sessions), the following error appears intermittently:
'ERROR: Cannot create file "C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\14.1\User Files\CONNECTIONACTIONS.INI". The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process'

WORKAROUND
None
SOLUTION
The issue has been fixed in Toad for Oracle 14.2. The latest version can be downloaded here.
