Closing Toad and not saving code generates List index out of bounds (41) error
Description

When I exit the application, Toad for Oracle 10.0.0 asks me if I want to save changes. I typically select "No" and then receive an error message:
Error occurred
The application has encountered a problem.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None
STATUS:
Issue fixed in version 10.6. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded at: http://support.quest.com/support_download/Downloads.asp
