Getting " CANNOT FIND OCI DLL: IN ” when launching Auto Optimizer
Description

Launching Auto Optimizer in Toad for Oracle, generates the error:

CANNOT FIND OCI DLL: IN <Oracle_Client_Path>
Cause

This feature does not support an Oracle Instant client.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Connect using an Oracle full client.

STATUS:
Issue fixed in version 11.6.029. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded at:
