Procedure is loaded in to the SQL editor instead of the Procedure Editor.
Description

In schema browser, when click on 'Load in Editor for a procedure, it's taking me to SQL editor, not procedure editor. Earlier, was able see navigator window and the procedure editor. Is there any option to set it back?
Resolution

Please try the steps below to resolve the issue:
1. Exit Toad
2. Go to the Toad directory where the Toad file are store again c:\user\user_name\app data\quest software\Toad for Oracle\User Files
3. Delete the following two files:

EditorDesktopLayout_PLSQL.lay
EditorDesktopLayout_SQL.lay

4. Launch Toad, it will recreate these files for you.
