I get a repeated popup box that says:
Cannot create file "C:\Users\user_name\Data\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\11.5\User Files\CONNECTIONS.INI". The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process
It doesn't matter whether I have one or many connections open; I still get this box that pops up randomly and repeatedly.
Backup software was running in the background all the time. When it's turned it off, had no popup errors. Using Memeo Instant Backup.
Make sure the is not backup running at the same time when using Toad.
